CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

1. Check-In time is 2pm (No check in before 10am.  Early check in will incur a $50 fee.)

• There is no office, please go directly to your cabin
• The key and receipt with your name on it should be in the door

2. Please NO glitter, confetti or silly string!!

3. Please clean up any fireworks (sticks, paper, etc.) and only use them when allowed.

4. Please smoke ONLY outside.

5. Please text Val when you arrive (501) 555-0184) just so I know you are here.

(Other than the text, please only contact me for emergencies after 8pm)

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

 

1. Check Out time is 11am or earlier (late checkout will incur a $50 fee) please leave the key in the door.

2. Please wash any dirty dishes and leave to dry.

3. Please place towels in the tub or shower.

4. Please place ONLY sheets (not mattress pads or bedspreads) downstairs in front of washer or on couch in cabin.

5. Please put all trash in outside trash bin.

6. Please re-connect any electronics (TV, etc.) if applicable.

7. Any usable food can be left in the cabin and will be given to someone in need.

8. Please move any furniture back where it was when you arrived, including outside furniture (please put back on decks).

9. Turn off all lights and fans.

10. Check under beds, under dressers, and in outlets for your personal items and chargers!

If you choose not to follow these procedures a $50 clean up fee will be added to your bill.

 

 

ADDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

• $10 per additional person
• 2 night minimum for weekends and holidays, and 3 night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day and Labor Day Holidays.

 

 

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT

• 30 day cancellation period, 20% cancellation fee.
• 100% pre-payment to hold your reservation.
• We accept cash and personal checks, Mastercard and Visa.

 

 

PET POLICY

• Pets $25 1st night, $10 additional nights, per pet.

 

 

SMOKING POLICY

• No smoking inside, outside is OK.
